 Yes! You read that right. This is a blank , non playable cd.

 There once was a day when we used to go to record shops and buy CDs. I believe that Andy’s records and a couple others used to do this to deter thieves. They would put out a rack of these , you would pick out the cd you wanted, take it to the counter and then be given one from behind the counter. Good idea really at the time . Nowadays we have door scanners/ alarms.

 Most of these were just simply thrown away after use , no need to keep a blank cd in stock . So you won’t find many.

 Oh them were the days . Showing my age a bit but it was great times and great music.
